Estimates and general information only
SalariQ provides salary benchmarks, ranges, reports and negotiation guidance for the Australian market as general information only. It is not financial, legal, tax, employment or career advice, and you shouldn't rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.
How our data works
Our figures are modelled from real Australian sources — including the Australian Bureau of Statistics and Jobs and Skills Australia — combined with the information you provide and our own modelling. Markets shift, roles vary, and no benchmark fits every situation perfectly. Every report shows a Data Confidence Score so you can see how strong the data is for your specific role and location, and we're upfront when a niche role has thinner data. We never fabricate a figure — where we don't have a reliable benchmark, we say so.
No guaranteed outcomes
Salary outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — your employer's budget and policies, timing, your performance, and market conditions. SalariQ does not guarantee any particular pay rise, offer, rate or result.
Your decisions are your own
Any action you take based on SalariQ is your responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on the information we provide. Reports are a starting point for your own judgement — not instructions.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
