How it works
Answer a few questions about your role, location and pay. SalariQ benchmarks you against real Australian market data and returns a deal score and your exact percentile — free, in about 60 seconds. The full report adds your counter-offer range, word-for-word negotiation scripts, leverage points and the five-year earnings impact.
Where our data comes from
SalariQ draws on official sources including the Australian Bureau of Statistics (Employee Earnings and Hours) and Jobs and Skills Australia, refined with our own modelling. Every result shows a Data Confidence Score, and we're upfront when a niche role has thinner data. We never fabricate a figure.
